How can I help?
I believe that true high performance is not measured through accolades and trophies (they’re an added bonus), but through moving closer to becoming the person that you want to be.
I will start by helping you to understand your current patterns of thinking and behaving, before working together to identify your goals and ambitions. Drawing on evidence informed strategies to move you forwards.
Want to cultivate self-awareness?

Who I work with
Athletes and Coaches
From seasoned professionals to the next generation, I recognise that everyone is entitled to the support they need to make meaningful progress as an athlete or a coach.
Professionals
From business leaders to those at the start of their careers, I provide clarity, direction and insights to support personal and professional progress.
Teams and Organisations
I offer bespoke workshops, services and embedded roles for teams and organisations looking to gain an edge.
-
It all starts with curiosity and connection.
The first sessions will focus on understanding your current experiences, who you are and where you want to go.
What does this mean?
It hinges on open and honest communication. My preferred method for understanding clients is through conversation. I may use some carefully selected psychometric tools, especially when working with teams, but I prefer the nuance and depth that conversation provides.
-
I believe that you are the expert on you.
So, we’ll set some goals together, giving our work a clear focus and direction.
What’s more, evidence shows that when you’re involved in choosing your goals and how you go about chasing them, you’re more motivated to do the work!
What does this mean?
Over a session, or series of sessions, we will refine what your needs are and how we can go about addressing them. This will involve goal setting. Goals usually relate to observable behavioural change. I have found that most of my clients benefit from the tangible nature of behaviour based goals. Although I appreciate subjective experience is critical too, often changes to how you feel are driven by changes to how you behave.
-
This is the key step.
We’ll work together to identify some evidence informed strategies and techniques that you can action to move you closer to your goals.
We’ll stay as a team, and I will continue to offer the support you need to maintain your commitment and reach your aspirations.
What does this mean?
This is where you put the plans in to place. I will offer a supporting role and a space to reflect and redirect. Sessions will be about how progress has been towards your goals, making sense of your experiences, and making the necessary adjustments.
Throughout this stage we may revisit your goals and update these as we progress. Often this stage can look like a mix of all three stages, with sessions full of curiosity about your present experience, collaboration on what may be effective for you, and commitment to action across the coming weeks.
